    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    The applicant must appear personally at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland.

    The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time.

    All the documents in Chinese must be translated to English language.

    All the documents must be provided in original along with one photocopy.

    The visa processing time is maximum 15 calendar days.

     


     DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:


     

    Filled out and signed by the applicant
    All entries should be properly filled out - no blanks

    • 2 passport size photographs

    Please verify the requirements

    • original passport

    Must be valid at least 3 months calculating from the date of intended departure from the Schengen area.
    Must contain at least two blank visa pages, excluding the endorsements pages.

    • copy of the passport

    • copy of ID card

    • Chinese nationals: Hukou and copy of its all pages (no translation)

    Translation not required.

    • travel health insurance and its copy

    • documents proving the purpose of journey

    1. letter from the university / school / organization confirming the purpose of travelling, covered expenses and duration of education.

     

    2. letter from the university / school in China confirming student's status and purpose of travelling as well as student's ID card (if applicable).

    • Gao Kao and its copy

    1. Required if a student is applying for a visa basing on University enrollment (1st year only) or language preparatory courses in order to enroll to the University. 


    2. Gao Kao must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. 

    • confirmation of sufficient financial means

    e.g. bank statements presenting the transactions /movement for the last 3 months/

    • round-trip flight ticket with fixed dates (reservation only)

    Please be advised, that you should not buy your ticket unless you have been already granted the visa. 
    The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland takes no responsibility for financial losses in case the ticket is bought and the visa has either been refused or was not issued on time. 

    • proof of accommodation

    Must be provided for the intended period of stay.

    • residence permit

    For residents holding non-Chinese passport only.

     

    Important Note:

    Please note that a Consulate General of the Republic of Poland may in justified individual cases, request additional documents during the examination of an application which are not mentioned in the above harmonized list(s). The applicant is hereby informed that submitting the above-mentioned documents does not guarantee automatic issuance of a visa.
